Resolve - v. 1. Usually have two differing opinion and there need to be a decision made between two; 2. Usually involve other people with different opinion or disagreements; n. Determination to do something, having the ability to put your mind to something deliberately

Solve - v. the answer to the problem doesn't involve any disagreements
Enact - v. 制定 (法案)
Dispute - v. n.爭議
Synonymous - a. 同義 same meaning
Eventually - a. finally
Alter - v. slightly change of something
I'll alter my wake up time in the morning
The evidence is not conclusive, therefore is not yet a big snowball
